1 MONTH INTENSIVE

Who is this for?

• This option is ideal for entrepreneurs who need winning strategies and an action plan to boost their revenue, but want to implement the strategies themselves.

STRUCTURE

• Goals and Challenges Assessment (Week 1): Determine the challenges you'd like to work on together, and the goals connected to overcoming these challenges.
   
• Optimization Plan (Week 1-2): A specific action plan is created to overcome the presented challenges, as well as a step-by-step to actualize your targeted goals. 
   
• Execution Guidance (Week 3-4): A crucial results stage where I guide you through execution and help you reach the revenue results you desire. 
   
• 1 call/ week for the whole month (4 total) and email followup (followup support for lingering questions after our calls).

3 MONTH INTENSIVE

Who is this for? 

• This option is ideal for entrepreneurs who crave results immediately. You need winning strategies, an action plan, and want Executive-level execution in achieving your revenue goals. 

With a 3 –month intensive, in addition to receiving a road map for your startup, you also receive my hands-on support during the execution phase of your Optimization Plan.

So for example, if your current roadblock is that your pitch to potential partners aren't winning you any business, a 3-month intensive differs from a 1-month intensive in that it allows enough time for me to help you craft, edit, and refine your pitch to its final form, and train you during a mock pitch.

I’M A SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR WHO HAS FOUNDED AND BUILT 2 SIX-FIGURE COMPANIES, AND WAS LISTED AS A FORBES 30 UNDER 30 IN SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN 2016.

My first startup was a clothing line bootstrapped out of a college dorm room when I was 19 years old. My second startup was a clean water nonprofit that my cofounder and I built from a $500 donation.

I spent years struggling to build a community, generating consistent revenue, and hitting the numbers that my startups needed to operate at scale. I tried every single fundraising event, strategy, and selling approach to boost my startup’s sales, but none of them had a lasting effect on my revenue. 

There were days when I felt that my startup’s mission was too big for me, and that my bone-grinding work wasn’t making a big enough impact. Or times where I wanted to crumble because the political dilemmas our organization was facing was confusing and scary. The most depressing days were when I didn't know where my next paycheck would be coming from. I was constantly working, but not getting anywhere. 
 

The turning point in my career came when I opened myself to complete revision.

Ten years of ups and downs at my startups instilled a deep understanding and clarity in me on the factors that enable startups to stagnate or explode in revenue. I let go of my inhibitions and started from scratch. I decided that I wasn't available for defeat anymore. My life completely turned around that year, leading to large grants, notable accolades, and incredible personal breakthroughs. 

I've been where you are now, and I know how to navigate through the unique challenges of being a social entrepreneur. There's a way to create something giving and impactful for others while also making sure that we, the people behind it are also taking care of ourselves, financially and mentally. 

I began coaching social entrepreneurs because I was tired of seeing my brilliant friends create meaningful startup ideas that would never come to fruition because of a lack of funding. Generating consistent revenue for a nonprofit or social enterprise can be intimidating, challenging, and confusing.

Doing good doesn’t have to be so difficult. If I was able to grow my nonprofit to six-figures in revenue from a $500 donation, you can too.
 

I’ve used my experience to coach social entrepreneurs to build revenue-rich startups that allow them to reach the financial stability and impact that they desire. With hands-on execution and accountability, I'm known for delivering exceptional results.  

I'm also a firm believer that there's a way to feel grounded and safe, financially and mentally, while you're building your startup. So that there's no guilt behind stepping away from your computer on a Friday, and not checking emails on the weekends.
